Examples of recent projects we have supported are:

• A German magazine about Green Care in Switzerland and around the world, in collaboration with the ZHAW, including an overview of scientific research in relation to Care Farms: GreenCare_Sondernummer
• Exchange excursions by several Swiss Care Farm organizations to Care Farm programs in the Netherlands
• Supporting the Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen with the production of a TV program about Dementia/Alzheimer specific Care Farms: http://www.srf.ch/sendungen/puls/care-farming-demenz-betreuung-auf-dem-bauernhof
• Pilots exploring the potential of Farm based Day Programs for Switzerland
  • Project Tagesstrukturen in collaboration with die Oekonomische Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft Bern (OGG)
  • Pilot Day programs on farms for youth in collaboration with Stiftung Team Werk
  • Several pilot projects with individual farms offering day programs
• Development of a Swiss Demonstration farm for Day Programs.
• Development of a quality standard for Day Programs on Green Care Farms.
