Vision and Goals
Our vision: strengthen and build opportunities for people with disabilities or health related challenges to lead full and meaningful lives for example where combinations of Health Care and Agriculture are involved or where improvements of the application of research in practice are possible.
Our goals:
- Facilitate entrepreneurial/sustainable Green Care developments, developments in which Natural environment, currently focused on farms, is supportive to innovation in Health Care and Social Services
- Facilitate projects that improve the application of healthy living research in practice
- We strive to support the sector in an objective and pro-active way by strengthening existing organizations and networks
- Inspire innovation
